Always roll the mat with the top layer facing outwards Use a damp microfiber cloth to wipe the mat with a combination of soap and water.
The mats are open-cell in nature and can aAvoid using any body oils prior to use or oils on the mat. The mats have an open cell design and although the soil won’t damage the integrity of the mat, they can stain the mat and be difficult to remove.
Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
