Just like many of us, Paloma knows firsthand the struggles that women face when it comes to putting ourselves last in the midst of our endless commitments to family, work, and everything else!

 

She experienced the toll it took on her body (exhaustion, bloating, lack of physical tone, pelvic floor issues, weak core, neck stiffness, and joint pain) and the frustration of not finding a fitness routine that truly worked for her hectic schedule. Nothing seemed to move her body in the right way or deliver the results she craved.

Paloma embarked on a mission to create a fitness method that catered specifically to the unique needs of busy women like herself. Poor eating habits and lack of movement led her to explore the world of functional health. Inspired by the movements of our ancestors in primitive times, Paloma crafted compound exercises that require deep core activation, sculpt a long lean physique, improve posture, and increase mobility. For over three years, she dedicated herself to creating, experimenting, and refining her own personal workout.
